Support
All TW products are provided with a support program
designed to minimize any downtime and provide you with
the most efficient support possible. Customized Extended
Support is available for any of our products, and
for any of your programs.
System Installation: Many
of your system purchases will include system installation
as a benefit.
Upon system delivery, we can rack mount chassis,
install cables, hookup peripherals, check out and
test TW equipment, and even give you on-the-spot
training.
Basic Warranty: Every
TW product comes with a standard one-year hardware
warranty and a 90 day software warranty.
These basic warranties can be augmented with an
extended support program to provide continuous
support for your program.
Module Exchange: We
offer several options should a subassembly fail in
your TW product. We can supply a direct replacement
or loaner module usually within five working days,
or provide advance turnaround service for our most
commonly used boards within one to three working days.
Product Repairs: We
take great care to quickly repair returned products
at our in-house facilities. When you need even faster
service, we offer reasonable terms for expedited product
repair or replacement.
